Why Wizama?
We are Wizama. A young company based in Brittany (France). We like to play so much that we have created the first board game console.
One day, we realized that our children did not want to play board games with us anymore. They preferred to play tablet games. So we decided to connect two worlds that seemed so close and distant at the same time. A strong desire to reconnect with different generations by offering new ways to play accessible and intuitive, with a desire to keep the codes and strong rules of video game and board game, was born the SquareOne, the first console where physical and digital combine wonderfully.

Meet our team
3 years ago, an admiring team of technology, video games, board games, art, shows and moments of conviviality sharing took up the challenge. Wizama was born, the contraction of Wizard and Ama, two different languages to signify Magic and Home.
Profiles specialized in electronics, user experience, design, software and video game development, business, coming from companies like Technicolor, Thales, Apple, Ubisoft, Tencent, Xbox, Ankama, Libellud, have joined forces to give birth to SquareOne®.
